Who we are, and these terms
These terms are between you and Subfloor, Inc. ("Subfloor", "we"). They cover this website, subfloor.io, and our sign-in service at auth.subfloor.io. By using them, you agree to these terms. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your information.
You must be 18 or over to use our services.
Asking for a conversation
The first conversation is free: about 30 minutes, with no obligation. If we then agree to work together, we will agree the work and its price with you before anything begins. A separate agreement covers that work, not these terms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, an order or a reservation. The Subfloor platform is still being built, and we have not set a launch date. We will email you only with news about Subfloor, and you can leave the list at any time.
Signing in
Our sign-in service is for people who already have an account with us. Accounts are set up by us, or by an administrator of your organization. Signing in with Google or Microsoft does not create one. When you sign in:
- keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used them;
- use only the access you have been given, and do not try to get round it;
- do not use our services to break the law or to harm anyone.
We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Our name and content
The Subfloor name, the logo and the content of this website belong to Subfloor, Inc. You may link to us and quote us fairly. Please do not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Disclaimer and limits
We provide this website and our sign-in service as they are, without promises of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Subfloor, Inc. is not liable for any loss that comes from using them.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, and any dispute about them is heard in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
